Activities

There are several activities at Stillwater to connect body and mind. They all reduce stress and anxiety, because they are based on "Mindfulness" or the "Art of paying attention." These body movement and non-movement programs are a natural joyous expression of self. They are designed to meet you at your own level, with emphasis on balance and noncompetitive interaction with others. We all have the ability to slow down, get a calming feeling and regain perspective.
